Spent a lovely 4 days here. The bar was great for breakfast. The location is central and close to Anna Ruby Falls, shops, and a stream 🌲.

Sublime hotel in a beautiful area really close to the Chattahoochee River, downtown, all cafes and restaurants.

The location was convenient and fantastic, next to Oktoberfest Festival. The staff was accommodating, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. We loved the room, it was reasonably spacious and brand-new with clean beds.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the pet-friendly room was a good size, plus they provided free parking and additional amenities like wake-up calls and ironing at no extra cost.

Loved the cabin and owner called 2 hours after check in to make sure every thing was to our satisfaction

We had a room and a staff person was there when we arrived.

We arrived at 11 pm,when we got into our Chalet,it was freezing cold,outside temperature was 36 degrees,inside was the same temperature. The upper and lower heating unit were not on, the upper heating unit only blow minimal warm air,the lower unit not at all.Fireplace gave only heat when you were directly in front. Breakfast in the morning was nothing(disaster)(muffin & coffee),we left with a very bitter experience and had breakfast down the street.

The rooms are spotless and updated. The free Wi-Fi is a huge plus. The staff is very friendly. You can park your car on site. Rewritten Review: The rooms are clean and modern. Having free Wi-Fi is a great bonus. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's convenient to have on-site parking.

Friendly is the operative word. We were running later than expected, call the hotel and the owner had our door cracked open, key inside, heater on and his response...be safe driving. When you get here, go to your room and rest.

Super nature - nice town, good food and beers, smile.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room I stayed in was newly renovated, impeccably clean, and had a beautiful view.

Room was clean and in a excellent location next to the river. Staff was freindly and accomodating at all times.

The property was recently refurbished and is great. Decent sized and pet-friendly room with a very comfy bed. Central location to Anna Ruby falls. It is based very close to the Chattahoochee River and all the shops and restaurants on the main street.

Owner/Manager was friendly and helpful to the best of his ability.

The available internet service is grossly over rated. In fact, their system offers so little band width you can only connect sporadically. If you place any value at all on being able to use the internet, DO NOT choose Riverbend Motel !!!

Owner, Mark, was a delight. He was helpful especially in giving his recommendations for places to eat. He is a sincere and natural host and truly cares about the well-being of his visitors. The room was set up well with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker so one could eat in easily. Sleeping was extremely restful and comfortable with mattress, pillows, and bedding all one could wish for. Location was handy to all things in Helen area. One could walk into town in minutes or hop in the car to go to Anna Ruby Falls. I loved having the Chattahoochee right outside the door! The water was high and running fast so one didn't even have to leave the room for a mountain experience. Wonderful value for money spent and I look forward to coming back soon.
